The library, projects and your team

Where finished files live, why to split them into projects, and how to let a second person into the workspace.

The library: everything already made

The library splits into Graphics, Video and Music and shows everything rendered in this workspace, newest first. Nothing expires and nothing has to be downloaded immediately — the file is still there a week later.

The text under a creative is the brief it came from. Worth reading when one version came out better than the rest: the difference is usually a single word, and it can be carried into the next render.

Projects: why bother

A project is a bag for the creatives of one campaign, one product or one client. At twenty renders the library still works; at two hundred it does not — which is exactly why instant ads open a project of their own for every set.

You choose the project in the brief, before rendering. A creative with no project lands in the library and stays there — it can be moved later, but picking the project up front is simpler.

Team and agency seats

Everyone in a workspace shares the same library, the same personas and the same credit balance. That is the point of a team: a designer and whoever runs the ads do not render the same thing twice, because they can see what already exists.

An agency running several clients opens a separate workspace per client rather than a separate project: workspaces share neither library nor balance, so one client’s material never surfaces beside another’s.

Try it on your own product

Sign up without a card and get 40 credits. Enough for a full set of graphics, video and music for your first few products.
