This page identifies the company that operates the website at reklamuj.ai and the application at app.reklamuj.ai. We publish it under Article 5 of the Polish Act on the Provision of Electronic Services and the Commercial Companies Code rules on identifying a company in its correspondence.

The company is entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the Polish National Court Register (Krajowy Rejestr Sądowy, KRS). The details above match that entry, and you can verify them free of charge in the register’s public search run by the Polish Ministry of Justice using the KRS number.

2. Contact

We use one address for everything — sales, technical support, complaints, data protection and legal matters: contact@reklamuj.ai. Postal correspondence goes to the registered address above.

One address rather than a separate inbox per department is deliberate: a small team reads one inbox properly and five badly. Messages marked as legal or data protection matters are routed to the person responsible for that area.

3. Hosting

The service is hosted by Vercel Inc., 340 S Lemon Ave #4133, Walnut, CA 91789, United States. Database records and user files sit with the providers listed in our Privacy policy, which also explains the basis on which data is transferred outside the European Economic Area.

4. Rights to the content of the site

The Reklamuj name and logo, the layout and visual design of the site, and the text, video and graphics published on it are either our exclusive property or used under licence. Using them beyond what the law permits without our authorisation is not allowed.

This does not apply to files you generate as a user of the service. Your rights to those are set out in the Terms of service.

5. The nature of the examples shown on this site

The photo and video examples published on the site, including on the individual feature pages, were generated with our own model. They are not photographs from a studio shoot and they are not client work — we say so next to the galleries as well. Generated examples show what the tool can do; they are not a guarantee of a particular result for your product.

The ROI calculator on the site produces an estimate based on average market rates, which we disclose on the same page. It is neither an offer within the meaning of Article 66 of the Polish Civil Code nor a financial forecast.

6. Commercial information and prices

Prices shown on the pricing page are in Polish zloty. Neither the description of the service nor the price list constitutes an offer under the Civil Code; they are an invitation to enter into a contract. The contract terms are set out in the Terms of service, or, for institutional customers, the Enterprise terms.

7. Reporting unlawful content

If you believe that content published on this site breaks the law or infringes your rights — including copyright or the right to your likeness — write to contact@reklamuj.ai. Include the URL of the content, a description of the infringement and how to reach you. We review reports without undue delay and tell you what we have done.

8. Governing law

Polish law applies to the operation of this site. This does not limit the protection that mandatory provisions of the law of a consumer’s country of habitual residence give them.
