Wan 3.0 Prime for shots from very close
Half the ads for a cosmetic or a textile are one macro shot: how the cream settles, how a thread catches light, how thick the liquid is. This engine holds that texture in motion better than its price suggests — a four-second clip costs two credits.

What it is good for
- Texture that does not smear
- The peaks and folds of the cream stay where they are through the whole shot, and threads of a fabric do not merge into each other. In a macro shot that is all there is to see.
- Two credits for four seconds
- The same rate as Veo 3.1 Fast at 0.4 credits a second, with a ceiling two seconds higher and three more ratios.
- Five ratios
- Vertical, landscape, square and two 4:3 frames — a product card, a reel and a banner from one brief, with no cropping.
When to pick something else
It renders for two minutes, twice as long as Veo 3.1 Fast, so it is not comfortable for flipping through ideas. For wide shots with the camera moving through a scene Veo 3.1 is clearly better, and for hands holding a product it is Kling 3 Pro. It takes at most one image as the first frame; a series of references is Seedance 2.5 only.

The things this engine handles differently from the rest. The habits that hold for every model are collected separately, in the help centre.
- Give it close-ups of material. Cream being spread with a spatula, the weave of a fabric, coffee beans — texture in motion does not smear here the way it does in cheaper engines.
- Keep the camera calm. This model wins on macro and on one slow move, not on travelling across a whole scene — Veo 3.1 is for that.
- Order four seconds while you are testing an idea. Two credits for that clip is one of the lower rates on the list.
- Upload a first frame if the product has to be yours — but only one. A reference set is available in Seedance 2.5 alone.
- Do not count on speed. Rendering takes about two minutes, twice as long as Veo 3.1 Fast, which makes it awkward for browsing ideas.
