PixVerse V6 for finding a shot, not finishing one

The opening shot of an ad rarely arrives first time. This engine costs 0.16 credits a second, so a four-second clip is one credit and the forty you start with buy forty of them. That changes how you work: throwing one away stops hurting.

What it is good for

One credit a clip
Eight times cheaper than Seedance 2.5 and almost three times cheaper than Veo 3.1 Fast. For working through ideas there is no competition.
Nothing drops out at that price
Five ratios, ten seconds, switchable sound and a start from your own photo. The same set as engines three times the price.
A minute and a half
Faster than Wan, Kling and Seedance. Across twenty attempts the time matters as much as the price.

When to pick something else

You can see where it economises. The camera move is simpler, the light less variable, and detail in motion — single threads, a drop on glass, fingers — smears more often than on Veo or Kling. It is an engine for the search stage: once a shot works, run the same brief through Veo 3.1 or Seedance 2.5 and publish that.

How to brief this model

The things this engine handles differently from the rest. The habits that hold for every model are collected separately, in the help centre.

  1. Use it to find the shot. One credit for four seconds means you can test four ideas for the price of one clip from Veo 3.1.
  2. Describe a simple move: a push in, a drift, a rotation of a few degrees. An elaborate camera move is beyond this engine and you can see where it saves.
  3. Do not judge detail in motion from it. Single threads, a drop on glass and fingers smear more often here than in Veo or Kling — at the sketch stage that does not matter.
  4. Once the shot works, run the same brief through Veo 3.1 or Seedance 2.5 and publish that material instead.
  5. Use the full set of formats. Despite the lowest price it has five ratios, sound and a photo start, so the sketch can be made in exactly the final frame.
