Nano Banana 2 holds an 8:1 frame

A narrow ad strip is the hardest format you can order: not a crop out of the middle of a photo, but a frame in which the product and the headline sit side by side across a few dozen pixels of height. This model has that shape on its list — 8:1 and 1:8 included.

What it is good for

Twelve ratios, from 8:1 to 1:8
The widest choice of shapes among the models that work on ratios. A strip above a header, a skyscraper in a sidebar, a square for a post — one model, no cropping afterwards.
Correct Polish in the image
A headline with diacritics comes out right, in caps too. On a banner, where text is half the surface, that is a condition rather than a bonus.
Fourteen reference photos
The same as Nano Banana Pro. Your product goes onto the banner rather than something from the same category, which on campaign creative matters legally and not only visually.

When to pick something else

It is a model for ad creative, not for a product shoot — it is only on the first of those lists, and for good reason: in an ordinary 4:3 frame a photo from Nano Banana Pro or FLUX1.1 Pro Ultra looks better. It also only takes ratios from a list, so you cannot give it an exact pixel size — Seedream 5.0 Pro does that, and goes wider still, to 16:1.

How to brief this model

The things this engine handles differently from the rest. The habits that hold for every model are collected separately, in the help centre.

  1. Use it for the formats nothing else offers. Twelve ratios from 8:1 to 1:8 are the reason to come here — at an ordinary 4:3, Nano Banana Pro is better.
  2. On a leaderboard strip, split the frame into two zones: text on one side, products on the other. Our 4:1 sample is built that way, which is why nothing runs off the edge.
  3. Add that everything must stay inside the frame with margins top and bottom. On a very wide format that is the one sentence that saves clipped letters.
  4. Give the headline exactly, with its Polish characters. This engine spells correctly, so the only thing you are responsible for is what you typed.
  5. The size comes from a list of ratios, not from pixels. When you need exact dimensions, or a format wider than 8:1, move to Seedream 5.0 Pro.
