MiniMax H3 Max motion that is meant to be slow
A scarf settling, coffee pouring, cream spreading — shots whose whole content is the way something moves. This engine computes that motion most accurately of the cheaper half of the roster, and renders at 768p, higher than most.

What it is good for
- Slow motion without stutter
- The frames between frames are computed rather than repeated, so the fabric falls continuously. That is the most common place where cheaper engines give themselves away.
- 768p
- Higher than the 720p the rest of the roster gives apart from LTX. On a shot with a lot of detail — weave, grain, foam — you see it once it is scaled to full screen.
- Two credits for five seconds
- 0.22 credits a second, the second cheapest entry on the roster after PixVerse. Ten seconds costs three credits.
When to pick something else
It generates no sound at all and does not start from a photo — it takes a brief only, so your own item will not be in frame. Veo 3.1 Fast has both for twice the rate, and reference photos are Seedance 2.5 only. The shortest clip is five seconds rather than four, so testing one shot costs a credit more than elsewhere.

The things this engine handles differently from the rest. The habits that hold for every model are collected separately, in the help centre.
- Ask for the slowed tempo explicitly. "Slow motion", "falling fabric", "a drop spreading" — that is the movement this engine carries without stutter.
- Lock the camera off. A still frame with movement only inside it comes out better here than a camera move, because all the effort goes into the smoothness of the object.
- Order from five seconds. This model has no four-second option, so the shortest clip is five seconds and two credits.
- Plan the sound separately. This engine generates no audio track at all — order the bed in the music studio and lay it under the clip.
- It takes no starting photograph either, so the product on screen will be one from your category rather than yours — Seedance 2.5 is for that.
